Has anyone ever done a guided meditation?

I did a ‘cave meditation’ that was awesome. Have you ever experienced anything similar? (a guided cave meditation is when someone leads you in mediation. You go through a cave, then a forest, with an animal guide, and you find your spirit guide.)

I’ve led several guided meditations and recorded myself to lead myself under. I have experienced a lot of really cool things, including past lives.
Hypnotherapy is the use of ‘guided meditation’ to help you to accomplish things in your life. (used for everything from emotionally healing a rape to quiting smoking or overeating).

I would LOVE to go to school to do this professionally, but I don’t have any schools that offer anything similar near me.

i’ve done some guided meditation….every experience was wonderful. unless you’ve experienced it, you’ll never understand how much it enhances meditation.

I’ve never actually done guided meditation, but it does remind me of that scene from Fight Club where Edward Norton enters a cave and he encounters a penguin, who I think was his animal guide.

I do want to try guided meditation one day though, I’ve heard it’s very beneficial.
